WHAT I WORE | LILAC HAZE

The best weekends are ones spent with the girls. I went to York to visit my best friends and we had so much fun. Strawberry daiquiris and pretending to be rap goddesses when Nicki Minaj comes on is our jam. I wore this super cute party dress from Motel, perfect for getting dressed up and sipping cocktails in the glamorous York bars. My faux fur coat collection is forever expanding but I just couldn't resist this bargain in the Boohoo sale.

THE MOTEL GABBY DRESS

Motel Rocks Gabby Dress | Thigh High Boots

If there's one dress that everyone seems to fall in love with around the Christmas season, it's the Motel Gabby. I mean, is there anything that can make you feel more glamorous than a sequin dress? Plus, the iridescent green sequins let me live out my life long dream of being a mermaid. I paired it with a bold lip and my new thigh highs. Now roll on the Christmas parties...
Don't forget that if you've got your eye on anything Motel, they're have a HUGE sale with up to 70% off. Shop it here, thank me later.

WHAT I WORE | MOTEL BOBBIE AND BONNIE TWO PIECE

Bobby and Bonnie Two Piece - Motel* | Shoes* - Chicwish (Same pair here)

So this is the second instalment from the photos we took at this crazy, burnt down location. I had so much fun spending the day shooting outfits and it's made me want to seek out some more amazing places to shoot. Photography has always been one of my passions and I love the feeling of getting some awesome images.
I'm so obsessed with this two piece from Motel Rocks. It's the perfect transitional piece for A/W, I'll definitely be wearing this with a leather jacket and my chunky boots!
I've been pretty stressed putting in my final preparations for London Fashion Week! All of sudden lots of invites have come my way so I'm planning on heading down there for the Friday and Saturday, possibly more if I can manage it. Last season I was there was an intern so it feels crazy to be getting invites and calling my own shots. Who'd have thought it?!

Will you be heading to LFW? What do you think of this outfit?

PASTEL DAYDREAM

Moon and Stars Print Two Piece * and Mesh Dress from Motel Rocks | Lilac Coat* from Missguided | Unicorn Clutch* - Chelsea Doll | Platform Heels* - Chicwish

Sorry for being M.I.A on the blog this week! My exams are about to start and every time I sit down to write a post I just get "revision guilt" where I feel as though I should be doing something else. This lilac jacket by Missguided is my newest favourite thing in my wardrobe. It's actually really light and makes the perfect jacket for Spring as it isn't too warm at all. I restyled the Sun and Moon print co-ord with my Motel mesh dress which I just think looks so pretty. The dress has been a staple of mine for way over a year and I just get so much wear out of it. It's a great layering piece. Can we all just take a minute to appreciate my new platforms? I actually squealed when I opened these up, it felt like Christmas! My cleated shoe addiction just keeps growing but I can't get enough.

I'm sure you're all sick of hearing about the Cosmo blog awards by now but I would really appreciate it if you took a moment to vote for me as Next's Best Newcomer here. It's a really quick form to fill out and I would be so so grateful!

MOONS AND STARS

Crop Top (sold out but available in other colours) & Duster Jacket - Ette
Skirt - MotelRocks
Flatforms - Jeffrey Campbell

I somehow managed to wear nearly all of my my favourite brands at once in these photos... Jeffrey Campbell, Ette and Motel. I've been wearing this skirt from Motel to death lately. I'm pretty late to the moons and stars print party but I love it anyway. You can always count on Motel to bring out an infectious print. Their statement skirts are just so versatile and easy to throw on. I paired it with my Ette crop top and fringed jacket thinking this outfit wouldn't really "work" but somehow it did. If you aren't lusting after Ette's items on a weekly basis then you're missing out. I love their site, it's an amazing mixture of vintage / customised and new pieces. I'm a sucker for anything vintage that no one else will have, and Ette are perfect for that. I'll admit, my crazy witch girl jacket rarely leaves my wardrobe but I've decided I'm going to start getting it out a lot more often. I'm kind of dangerous in it, though. Glasses smashing, fringing getting tangled around other's peoples legs, etc,... Be warned.
